Description We are seeking a Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in the marketing of petroleum products such as Furnace Oil, Light Diesel Oil (LDO), LSHS, Bitumen, Emulsion, Lubricating Oils, and White Oils including Hexane across Maharashtra and Gujarat . The role involves assisting in achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships , and exploring new business opportunities . The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills , and a proactive approach toward business development.. Responsibilities Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion activities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review. Maintain relationships with existing clients and address their inquiries. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Knowledge of MS Office. Eligibility Age: Minimum 30 years. Education: Graduate/Undergraduate. Experience: Proven track record insalesof petroleum, petrochemical, or bitumen products. Skills: Strong MS Office knowledge, English proficiency, and willingness to travel within Maharashtra. Compensation : 4 lakhs to 7 lakhs PA as per industry norms + Commission + Conveyance.
