Job Description

As a Hardware Technical Support Engineer at Posha, you will play a crucial role in our customer support efforts, collaborating closely with the customer success team to ensure top-notch assistance for our users. Your expertise in electronics and electromechanical systems will be essential in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the customer success team to deliver an exceptional user experience, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues with precision and efficiency, conducting thorough root cause analysis (RCA) of field issues with comprehensive documentation, effectively communicating technical issues to the engineering team for the development of permanent corrective measures, and recreating and testing field issues to ensure accurate problem identification and resolution. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting electronic hardware, embedded systems, or electromechanical assemblies. You should have a preference for working directly with hardware and diagnosing issues at the component level rather than focusing solely on software or cloud-based support. Thriving in a hardware-focused environment and addressing product-level issues is key, along with proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in rotational U.S. shifts from 10 PM to 12 PM IST.
