As a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in .NET Core and Azure technologies, you will be an integral part of the software development team. Your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, validating, and testing software systems, as well as collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. You will be involved in hands-on development, software system validation, and testing methods. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating technical system documentation, communicating project statuses and proposals, analyzing data for system installations or modifications, and managing the code development process throughout the software development lifecycle. Your role will also involve monitoring system performance post-deployment, communicating project data to team members, developing and executing project plans, applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives, and adhering to best practices and standard operating procedures to meet the company's technical needs. Required qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, 5-7 years of software engineering experience (preferably in the financial industry), hands-on programming experience with C# in the Microsoft .NET/.NET Core framework, familiarity with Azure environment, design documentation skills using UML convention, experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio, proficiency in agile methodologies, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of managing the software development lifecycle effectively.
