Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position situated in South Delhi. The selected candidate will perform daily tasks including managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, supervising team activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of operations. Responsibilities include overseeing cleanliness and facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improve overall hotel performance and service delivery. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and address concerns. Operational management experience, including supervising staff and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the property. Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to handle challenges effectively and promptly. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules, facilities, and guest needs efficiently. Proficiency in communication and reporting to effectively convey information to the team and management. Understanding of hospitality standards, regulations, and commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. Previous experience in the hotel industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
