In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling our products/services to other businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. ● Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. ● Engage customers throughout the buying cycle—identifying needs, recommending solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales opportunities. ● Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients. ● Establish trust and rapport with individual customers, aiming for high customer satisfaction and repeat business especially in B2C segment. ● Understand and communicate lifecycle services (deployment, support, refresh) to ensure customers receive complete value from their purchases. ● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients. ● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. ● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and campaign effectiveness. ● Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. ● Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed. ● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with corporate buyers, distributors, and resellers. ● Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). ● 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management. ● Strong understanding of consultative selling and the full sales cycle. ● Proficiency in MS Office ● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. ● Strong verbal and written skills to engage with customers across various channels (in-person, phone, online). ● A commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the product. ● Ability to understand and explain technical product features and benefits to non-technical audiences. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. ● Existing network of business clients or partners.
