The Chief Meltar will oversee all melting operations, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and supervise the team to maintain operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring furnace operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, optimizing raw material usage, and troubleshooting any operational issues. Collaboration with other departments to meet production targets is also a crucial part of this role. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience in melting operations, metallurgy, and iron & steel production Strong leadership and team management abilities to oversee and guide operational staff Proficiency in managing production schedules, optimizing processes, and quality control Understanding of safety standards and operational compliance in a manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure scenarios Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related field is preferred Experience in the iron and steel industry is strongly preferred
