You will be responsible for conducting molecular testing, including DNA and RNA extractions and handling RTPCR. Your role will involve utilizing automation techniques for sample processing in a diagnostic setting. You will be required to perform QC checks and maintain documentation accurately. Additionally, you will be conducting Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, RT-PCR, and sanger sequencing. It is essential to ensure process checks are carried out at every step to maintain the overall efficiency of the lab processes. Ideally, you should have experience in Microarray and NGS techniques and have been involved in NABL or other accreditations.,
