Work closely with CAD designers, karigars, and merchandisers to translate sketches into actual products. Research ongoing fashion and jewellery trends to develop innovative design ideas. Maintain a proper archive of all designs and ensure documentation of each concept. Modify and revise designs as per feedback from clients or senior designers. Ensure designs meet manufacturing feasibility and budget constraints. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for design inputs based on customer feedback.
