As an experienced professional in SAP HANA and BW, you will have the opportunity to work extensively with the HANA database alongside the developer team. Your primary focus will be on building architectural models and presenting data to BW systems and third-party systems using a combination of HANA XSC and XSA. Your role will involve gathering requirements for solutions, testing these solutions, and conducting performance analysis. Collaboration with offshore developers and engaging with global stakeholders will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Possess Expertise in SAP HANA: You are expected to have a strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization. It is essential to have hands-on experience in designing and developing HANA database objects like tables, calculation views, and stored procedures. Preferably, you should also have experience in XSA (HDI containers / GIT repositories). Knowledge of Smart Data Integration (SDI) and real-time data replication within XSA (Tasks / Flowgraphs) will be considered a plus. - Demonstrate Business Warehouse (BW) Proficiency: Alongside your SAP HANA skills, you should demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP BW. Familiarity with BW data modeling concepts including DataSources, InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Data Transfer Processes (DTP), and InfoProviders is required. Experience in ECC data loading (ODP framework) and creating reports in Query Designer will be beneficial. - Utilize Analysis for Office (AFO): Your experience using AFO to create workbooks and run Bex / HANA queries will be valuable. - Apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Expertise: Your strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools in BW and HANA, such as Virtual tables and BW process chains, will be crucial for this role. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 6 years of experience in HANA and BW is mandatory for this position. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday. The work location is remote.
