Job Summary The purpose of this role is expected to provide an expert domain-cross-functional technical and business support to different systems/projects. Assists, and collaborates support related to HMC system requirements. Coordinates activities and compile accurate and reliable system documentation. Provides quality support with a high degree of user satisfaction, technical expertise, and timeliness. Key Accountabilities Lead technical activities for development and/or deployment of subject area systems/projects in order to meet business requirements. Interpret job specifications and key responsibilities to direct subordinates and assign duties. Supervise the compliance with policies and procedures in order to ensure work exactness and completeness. Identify and recommend procedure changes to improve efficiency of delivered solutions. Assist in the development of the section's overall strategy, business plan and budget. Collaborate with projects teams in order to produce accurate, valid, & complete policy & procedure documents Audit documentation manuals to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date and available to appropriate personnel. Coordinate all activities related to providing required documentation and implementing related documentation systems. Coordinate the review and revision of procedures, specifications, and forms. Assist in compiling regulatory filing documents and in maintaining computerized files to support all documentation systems. Provide documentation for projects to ensure that business requirements are tracked through. Assist and implement subordinates motivation plans to ensure achievement of work goals. Assist in identifying staff training needs, and attend and evaluate trainings. Report work problems or assist subordinates in solving such problems. Assist in the preparation of performance reports Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related discipline-Full time OR Bachelor's Degree Plus Related IT industry certification / Program from international recognized institutions-Full time Experience 7 years of experience providing hardware/software technical support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related discipline on a full-time basis OR - Bachelors Degree plus Related IT industry certification/Program from internationally recognized institutions on a full-time basis - Minimum of 7 years of experience providing hardware/software technical support OR - Minimum of 9 years of experience providing hardware/software technical support for Bachelors degree holders with IT certifications (Note: Job Location is in Doha, Qatar),
