Functions include Pricing, Order management, vendor relations, sourcing, logistics management, import processing etc. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) professional with 5–10 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection and assurance for products such as FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), BOPP laminated bags, and PP woven small bags. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal and customer quality standards throughout the production process. Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and monitor QC procedures for FIBC, BOPP, and PP bag production lines. Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards. Analyse quality issues and initiate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with production and QA teams. Maintain and review quality documentation, inspection records, and test reports. Coordinate with suppliers for incoming material inspection and quality compliance. Handle customer complaints related to quality and provided timely resolutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support audits (internal, customer, and third-party). Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable regulatory requirements. Train and supervise QC inspectors and operators on quality procedures and standards. Maintain and verify documentation including COC, COA, and COO for all shipments and production batches. Qualifications & Skills: Ability to speak, listen, read and write proficiently in English language Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field. 5–10 years of hands-on QC experience in the flexible packaging industry (mandatory). In-depth knowledge of all type of FIBC bags and PP woven sack production. Familiarity with quality tools such as 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA. Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 21898, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FDA, BRC etc.). Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Good communication and reporting abilities. Proficient in using MS Office and QC-related tools. Preferred: Experience in handling international customer audits. Knowledge of testing equipment and laboratory analysis for packaging materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lead QC. Ability to travel as and when needed.
