Role & responsibilities 1. As a Shift IN charge supervise the functions of Quality Control department. 2. Supervise the work of shift quality control supervisors, clerks, sorters, packers and mazdoors and to ensure that they are caring out the assigned work properly and correctly. 3. Give instruction to supervisors and others in the department about the standards specifications of routine jobs. 4. To maintain discipline in the department & carryout the various jobs without loss of time. A good housekeeping is a must. 5. ISO Certification Audit to maintain and update all relevant records for ISO-9001 / 14001 /22000 certification and its periodical audits 6. To manage the manpower and shop floor discipline in day to day requirement. 7. Carry out daily random sample checking of bottles sorted and packed in all the 3 shifts to ensure that the inspection and packing of bottles has been carried out correctly. If found, 8. Plan executes and controls the major activities of the quality control department. 10. Annealing, Thermol shock test etc. 11. Ensure that separate file for each bottle is maintained where in approved drawing and other instructions for sorting, packing, critical dimensions to be checked, etc. are filled. 12. Discuss with quality control manager the types of defects appearing more often, change in sorting standards of particular bottles, customer complaints, and day to day working of the department.

Preventive Maintenance of Substation, HT Line & Equipment. 8. Breakdown Maintenance of Electrical Equipment. 9. Maintenance of Plant Distribution System. 10. Development and Modification of Electrical Equipment. 11. Planning Of All Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Analysis. 12. Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipment of DG Power supply panel and Equipment. 13. Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipment of GG Power supply panel and Equipment. 14. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Plant Outdoor & Indoor Lightings. 15. Repairing of Plant Motors & Heaters 16. During Power Failure Changeover of Electrical Equipment. 17. Permanent & Temporary LT Connection. 18. Any Other Job Not Covered Above and As Advised by the superiors. 19. Daily Power Reading Data. 20. Inspection of Critical Equipment on Daily Basis. 21. Maintain 5S Activity on Regular Basis. 22. Improve workplace safety and employee productivity by transitioning form manual safety procedures to digital safety management system 23. Supervise the safe handling, storage & disposal of hazards in the workplace.
