The Senior Pega QA will be responsible for quality control, quality assurance and quality management. The role involves ensuring the quality and effectiveness of software systems and processes. Qualifications Minimum of 6+ years of QA Testing experience. QA hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s). Works at the direction of the QA Test Lead to execute the day-to-day testing activities associated with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementations. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and quality assurance principles. Proficiency in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills and team oriented Responsible for developing all Customer Decision Hub implementation test cases, performing integration, functional and API testing, as well as managing and communicating test results/logs. Senior Automation QA / SDET (Software Developer in Test) will be responsible for developing the testing frameworks and, where appropriate, will introduce new test tools with the goal to automate as much of the testing process as possible.. Qualifications MUST HAVE API Automation testing with hands-on experience- preferably Java / Cucumber/ REST Assured At least 5 years of experience as a Mid - Senior Automation QA Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Proven experience in an automation testing position. Experience of creating and maintaining automation frameworks using Java Strong experience of automated API testing (ideally REST-assured framework). Strong experience using Postman tool. Experience with Agile methodologies and exploratory testing. Strong experience of manual testing, writing test cases and producing test reports.
