We are looking for a talented and experienced Unisex Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair for both men and women. You must be passionate about hair trends, deliver excellent customer service, and create a comfortable and positive salon experience for our clients. Responsibilities:Cut, trim, style, and color hair for male and female clients based on their preferences and current trends. Provide consultations to understand clients’ requirements and suggest appropriate hairstyles and treatments. Stay updated on latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products. Recommend hair care products and regimes to clients. Maintain client records and appointment schedules
Key Responsibilities Perform hair cutting, trimming, styling, and blow-drying for men, women, and children. Provide hair treatments including colouring, highlights, keratin, smoothing, straightening, and spa treatments. Conduct beard grooming, shaving, and hair styling for male clients. Offer consultations to clients on hairstyle suitability based on face shape, texture, and trends. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation as per salon safety standards. Keep updated with latest hair trends, techniques, and products. Recommend hair care routines and products to clients. Manage client appointments, greet customers, and deliver excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with salon policies, health, and safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a unisex hairdresser/stylist. Strong knowledge of cutting techniques, colouring methods, and hair treatments. Good understanding of different hair types and styles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for beauty and grooming. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment. Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology (preferred but not required).
