Position: Hairdresser / Hairstylist

JOB SUMMARY

The Hairdresser is responsible for delivering professional hair services, including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments, while ensuring client satisfaction, quality standards, and repeat business. The role demands creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, colouring, highlights, smoothening, straightening, keratin, and other treatments.

· Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and recommend suitable styles and treatments.

· Stay updated on the latest hair trends, styles, and techniques to deliver innovative services.

· Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization of tools, and cleanliness of the workstation.

· Educate clients on home care, suitable products, and styling techniques.

· Promote retail products and packages to increase salon sales.

· Ensure service delivery in line with brand standards and customer expectations.

· Handle clients professionally, addressing complaints or queries in a polite and solution-oriented manner.

· Assist in training junior staff or trainees as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
