As a Medical Representative (MR) specializing in Skincare & Haircare Products based in Ahmedabad, you will be in a full-time, on-site role. Your primary responsibility will be promoting and selling Gleara skincare and haircare products to medical professionals, pharmacies, and customers. Your daily tasks will include meeting with healthcare providers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure product satisfaction and drive sales growth. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Medical Sales and Communication, Customer Service, and a background in Medicine and Pharmacy. You should possess outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to travel within the designated territory. Experience in the skincare or haircare industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience is necessary. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy (preferred) and have at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, with a preference for Dermatology, Skincare, or Haircare experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential, along with self-motivation, target orientation, and a willingness to travel locally in Ahmedabad.
