Position Overview

The Hair Stylist Assistant helps the main stylist with daily tasks, ensures smooth salon operations, and supports clients during their service. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to learn about hair care and styling.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support
• Greet clients and make them comfortable.
• Guide clients to their seat and assist with basic needs.
• Prepare clients before the stylist starts (e.g., cape, towel).
• Stylist Assistance
• Help the stylist by handing tools, products, and equipment.
• Assist in simple tasks like shampooing, drying, or sectioning hair (based on training).
• Keep tools ready and organized.
• Salon Maintenance
• Keep the workstation clean and hygienic.
• Sanitize tools after each use.
• Ensure products and towels are stocked and arranged.
• Product & Equipment Handling
• Refill shampoos, conditioners, and other items.
• Maintain basic knowledge of hair products used in the salon.
• Client Communication
• Politely answer basic client questions.
• Inform the stylist about any client needs or concerns.
• Support in Daily Operations
• Help with appointment flow.
• Assist in small tasks like sweeping hair, arranging chairs, or organizing shelves.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
