Client Experience:

Ensure exceptional client service from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Promote a client-focused culture ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Business Development:

Work with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies for hair and skin services.
Achieve monthly revenue targets through upselling and client retention.
Identify opportunities for new services, packages, and improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
