Role Description This is a role for a Course Instructor in HacrooLearn.The Course Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, conducting lectures and practical sessions, assessing and supervising students, creating supplemental instructional materials, and conducting research to keep course content up to date. Additionally, the Course Instructor will be involved in student mentoring, academic advising, and participating in meetings and professional development activities. Qualifications Instructional skills - Curriculum development, Lecturing, Practical session oversight Academic skills - Research, Student assessment, Academic advising Communication skills - Written communication, Verbal communication, Mentoring Organizational skills - Time management, Meeting participation, Professional development Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse student population Ability to work collaboratively and collegially with other faculty members Experience in the subject matter relevant to the course being taught is an advantage Master's degree or higher in Education, the subject area of instruction, or a related field
