If you love creating content, spotting trends before they explode, and building brands people talk about -this role will put you at the heart of the action. 🎥 What You’ll Do Run the daily engine of Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn Plan daily content — reels, carousels, stories, polls Identify trends and bring them to life with the creative team Manage our influencer pipeline (barter + paid) every month Coordinate scripts, shot lists & approvals for creators Build solid relationships with micro & mid creators Track weekly analytics — growth, engagement, top performers Create buzz for new launches, IPs & brand moments ✨ Who You Are You understand culture, trends & consumer behaviour You have a sharp sense of what works on IG/YouTube You think visually and communicate clearly You’re proactive, organised, and love fast-paced environments Experience in wellness/D2C is a plus, not a must You have a bachelor's degree in marketing 🎁 Why This Role Is Special Quarterly salary reviews — we reward performance fast High ownership, high visibility, zero bureaucracy A chance to build a category-defining brand from Day 0
