Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed havingTelephonic Pharmacist to provide remote consultation and support to patients and healthcare providers. This role involves verifying prescriptions, guiding patients on medication usage, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations—all over phone calls or digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify prescriptions received digitally or via phone. Provide telephonic consultations regarding drug dosage, interactions, side effects, and storage. Respond to queries from patients and caregivers in a clear, professional manner. Coordinate with doctors, healthcare providers, and pharmacy dispatch teams. Ensure all information complies with drug safety guidelines and HIPAA standards. Record and maintain accurate data for each consultation or prescription. Educate patients on chronic disease medication adherence and follow-ups. Provide support in resolving prescription errors, if any. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug regulations, and patient care. Comfort with using telecommunication and pharmacy management systems. Attention to detail and ethical integrity in handling patient data. Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably local language(s). Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institute. Registered with the State Pharmacy Council (valid license is mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy (telephonic role is a plus).

Job Role & Responsibilities: Promote and sell diagnostic & pathology lab services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients. Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert them into business. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners. Conduct field visits to increase awareness about lab services and testing packages. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned. Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and medical camps. Collect client feedback and market intelligence to improve services. Ensure timely coordination with the laboratory team for smooth client servicing. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management. Key Skills Required: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of healthcare, pathology, or diagnostic services (preferred). Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduate (Science / Pharma / Biotechnology / BBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in pathology/diagnostic/pharma sales (Freshers with good communication may be considered).
