This is a full-time on-site role for a Ductman at H S Salfi Engineers in New Delhi. As a Ductman, your main responsibility will be fabricating, installing, and repairing ductwork for HVAC systems. Your tasks will include measuring and cutting ductwork to specifications, assembling ductwork, sealing joints, installing hangers, and ensuring proper insulation. It will also be part of your duties to maintain tools and equipment, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with other construction professionals on site to ensure project completion to the highest standard. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in fabricating and installing ductwork, experience in measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork, knowledge of HVAC systems and components, skills in using tools and equipment for ductwork installation, ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, excellent physical stamina to work in various conditions, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols and regulations, prior experience in a similar role is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
