We’re Hiring: Installation Engineer – Electrical (Fresher | Passport Holder) 📍 Base: panipat Haryana India 🇮🇳 | 🛫 Training: China (Near Shanghai) 🇨🇳 📅 Joining: Immediate preferred We are hiring a fresher Electrical Engineer who is ready to travel and work closely with our international partner in China for training and installation of their flagship rotor spinning machine. This position is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on international training and long-term career exposure in the textile machinery field. ⸻ 🛠 Role: Installation Engineer – 🎓 Requirements: ✅ Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering ✅ Valid Passport (mandatory – training in China) ✅ Basic knowledge of electrical panels, control wiring, and circuits ✅ Able to read and understand electrical/panel diagrams ✅ Familiarity with or willingness to learn machine installation software/tools ✅ Strong learning attitude and commitment to technical work ✅ Ready to work with erection & commissioning teams in India and abroad ✅ Physically fit for field work and factory environments ⸻ 🔍 Key Responsibilities: • Undergo technical training at China factory near shanghai • Understand the working and wiring of open-end spinning machines • Support the installation, alignment, and electrical commissioning of machines • Coordinate with Indian and Chinese engineers for setup and servicing • Prepare basic documentation and reporting post-installation ⸻ 💼 Experience: Fresher (with strong willingness to learn) 💰 Salary: Entry-level (as per company budget) 🌍 Travel, stay, and training in China arranged by the company 🕐 Type: Full-time | Long-term growth role
