Job Description: Title: Accountant cum Tally Operator Department: Accounts & Finance Reports To: Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant / Management Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Handling Sales, Purchase, Journal, Payment & Receipt vouchers. Maintain Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger. Preparation & reconciliation of Bank statements. Handling GST, TDS, PF, ESI related accounting entries and filing support. Maintain Accounts Payable & Receivable records. Preparation of Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes. Assist in preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual financial reports. Support in Audit & Taxation compliance. Maintain proper filing of accounting records & documents. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office. Knowledge of GST, TDS & other statutory compliances. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail & accuracy in data entry. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Qualification & Experience: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounting & Tally operations Employment Type: Full-Time
