Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, engaging with prospective clients, and closing deals for residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for contacting leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their real estate needs, preferences, and investment goals. Property Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close sales effectively. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups, tracking, and reporting of all interactions and transactions. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in the real estate market, property prices, and developments in the Noida area. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Customer Service & Support: Provide post-sale support to clients, including facilitating documentations, coordinating with the legal team, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field is preferred. Freshers with a passion for sales and real estate are also encouraged to apply. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Negotiation & Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently. Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Goal-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to solving client issues and providing tailored solutions. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, social media, and other tools to support sales efforts. Driving License (Preferred): Own transportation for field visits (optional but preferred).
