Job Description

BURNOUT UNISEX FITNESS STUDIO

Position : Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer

Location : ECR KOTTIVAKKAM

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Guide members in safe and effective workouts tailored to their fitness goals.

Provide one-on-one personal training sessions and group workouts.
Design customized fitness programs (weight loss, weight gain, endurance, rehab-friendly workouts).
Educate members on exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Monitor member progress and update training plans accordingly.
Maintain gym floor discipline – ensuring safety, hygiene, and proper equipment use.
Motivate and engage with clients to improve member satisfaction and retention.
Support in sales of personal training packages and transformation programs (incentives provided)

Requirements

Certified Fitness Trainer (ACE / ISSA / ACSM / INFS / NSCA or equivalent) preferred.

Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and basic nutrition.
Prior experience as a fitness trainer (1–3 years preferred, freshers with certification welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and build rapport with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
