Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of HR based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home when necessary. The Head of HR will oversee all aspects of human resources, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring HR strategies align with business goals. Additionally, the successful candidate will be tasked with leading talent management, performance reviews, and organizational development efforts to support overall growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a strong understanding of organizational HR functions In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience in formulating and implementing HR Policies Expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee satisfaction strategies Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Proven ability to work in a hybrid model with both in-office and remote responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Prior experience in the fitness or service industry is a plus
