Role & responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Order Updates: Accurately enter data into multiple systems (SAP, GXS Catalogs, and other databases), dedicating significant focused time to ensure attention to detail. Update and verify order statuses using customer portals, carrier portals, and warehouse management systems. 2. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams, customer service, sales and marketing, and third-party EDI providers to resolve order fulfillment issues promptly.
