As a Director of Process Excellence for Employee Experience Services within Cognizant Intuitive Operations and Automation practice, your role involves leading initiatives to optimize business processes using advanced automation techniques to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business process monitoring systems to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices. Your expertise in the Business Process Framework (BPF) will be crucial in streamlining workflows and improving productivity across departments. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive business process models that accurately reflect organizational goals and facilitate decision-making.
