Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Tele caller to join our team. The role involves daily calling, following up with leads, and assisting the sales/recruitment team in scheduling interviews and maintaining smooth communication with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Make daily outbound calls to potential leads and clients. - Follow up on warm leads and update the status in the system. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters. - Maintain accurate records of calls and leads handled. - Provide support to the sales/recruitment team in lead management. - Handle basic client/candidate queries professionally over the phone. Requirements: Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telecalling / telesales / customer service experience (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (or regional language preferred). Confident, proactive, and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, CRM tools). Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on performance).
