Teachers Pre Primary to Grade 8 Teachers (All subjects), Primary HRT, Special Needs Teacher, Dance Teacher, Music Teacher, Sports Coach, Librarian Graduates with Bachelors degree in Education or relevant subject area (Masters preferred for some roles). Montessori/ECCE training for Pre-Primary Familiarity with activity based/experiential learning Knowledge of ICT & Digital tools for teaching Teaching certification or license (as required by local regulations). Minimum 3 years of prior teaching experience. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning needs. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school curriculum and learning objectives. Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles. Integrate technology and educational tools into teaching where appropriate. Establish clear expectations for behaviour and maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment. Develop and administer tests, quizzes, projects, and other assessments. Evaluate student performance fairly and provide timely feedback. Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and progress reports. Provide academic and emotional support to students as needed. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to enhance student learning. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops. Contribute to curriculum development and school programs when required. Uphold school policies, standards, and safety procedures.
