Role & responsibilities - We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our customer base. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and target-driven skills. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify new business opportunities Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build long-term customer relationships Track market trends and competitor activity Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related field 3+ years experience in Architectural Hardware, Paints, Laminates, Sanitary-ware, Tiles, Home Appliances, or similar industries Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15–20 days Direct payroll only – no third-party payroll candidates Preferred Industries: Architectural Hardware Paints and Coatings Laminates and Veneers Sanitary-ware and Bathroom Fittings Tiles and Surfaces Home Appliances Other Home Interiors and Building Materials Not Considered: Telesales, Banking, Insurance, or Steel industry backgrounds
