We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence in a competitive market. Position Summary: The Marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, Brand collaborations, representing the brand, and sales growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, creative, social media and PR internally and with external vendors. The manager is the bridge between the co-founder and the team and has to ensure completion of tasks by the team. Location: Lower Parel - Mumbai Job Type: Full-time in-office position. Reports to: Co-Founder Key Responsibilities: • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand plans to support short and long-term business goals by doing brand collaborations, events, and NPD ideas. • Product Positioning: Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and packaging to resonate with target audiences. • Marketing Campaigns: Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, events) from concept to execution. • Social Media: Coordinate with the agency and the team on developing a great social calendar with execution. • Sales Support: Collaborate with Horeca sales staff and explore any brand collaboration activity. • Budget Management: Manage brand budget and deliver programs on time and within scope. • Strategy: Creating a product launch strategy and doing the necessary bits for its execution. • Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee external partners, including creative, media, and PR agencies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus) • 2-3 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in the food, CPG, or FMCG sector • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and product marketing, PR and marketing • Excellent project management and organisational skills • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce is a plus • Data-driven with strong analytical skills • Creative mindset with attention to detail and passion for food

You will be a key member of our team as a Sales Executive B2B HORECA, where your primary focus will be to expand our presence in the hospitality sector. Your role will involve engaging with hotels, restaurants, and cafs to promote our premium product range and establish strong connections with industry decision-makers. It will be crucial for you to communicate effectively with chefs, showcasing the benefits and applications of our products in order to drive sales successfully. Your responsibilities will include identifying and bringing on board HORECA clients such as boutique hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and cafs. Building and nurturing relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams will be essential to encourage the adoption of our products. You will also conduct tastings and product demonstrations for culinary teams, emphasizing the usability and advantages of our offerings. To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA or F&B sector. A genuine passion for food, coupled with knowledge of ingredients, cuisines, or menu development, will be beneficial. Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Your ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
