If you have a sharp eye for quality, strong coordination skills, and a deep understanding of finishing works — we want to hear from you. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all finishing activities : plastering, painting, tiling, ceilings, flooring, etc. Ensure work meets quality standards , design intent, and approved materials. Coordinate with civil, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage daily progress, resolve on-site issues , and maintain clean snag lists. Ensure timely handover of completed areas as per project schedule. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing works on mid/large-scale projects Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality checks , and workmanship standards Ability to read drawings & technical specs , and manage subcontractors effectively Proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results
