Job Summary: As a Techno Commercial Executive for Multifunction Printers (MFP), you will be responsible for handling both the technical and commercial aspects of printer products and solutions. Your role bridges the gap between the customer’s technical requirements and the business’s sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. --- Key Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: Provide technical knowledge and demonstrations of MFPs to customers. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable printer models/configurations. Assist in installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of MFPs. As well as Toner installation and refill Coordinate with the service team for issue resolution and AMC follow-ups. Conduct pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Commercial Responsibilities: Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers. Coordinate lease or rental agreements, including billing and contract terms. Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and billing cycles. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and institutions. Ensure regular communication and feedback collection from customers. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities (e.g., consumables, AMC). Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for all sales and service transactions. Prepare reports for management including sales forecasts, market trends, and customer feedback.
