The Site Engineer will be responsible for visiting various project sites, managing and supervising on-site teams, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The role requires regular site assessments, effective team leadership, and hands-on problem-solving to drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to multiple construction and waterproofing sites, assessing work progress and site conditions. Supervise and manage teams of workers, contractors, and site staff, ensuring site activities comply with project plans and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, vendors, and other teams for smooth workflow and timely completion. Perform technical inspections, prepare site reports, maintain daily records, and resolve technical challenges encountered on-site. Oversee resource allocation, material procurement, and delivery for each site, guaranteeing quality and conformity to standards. Enforce and monitor safety protocols on-site, conducting risk assessments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance. Liaise with clients, management, and relevant stakeholders for project updates and issue resolution. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to on-site teams to optimize performance and solve problems efficiently. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum one year of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction or waterproofing projects. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of construction practices, site safety, and quality control standards. Ability to travel and work at different project locations across regions. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and performing site documentation
