Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Articled Assistant. The primary responsibilities include assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliances, and financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks involve data analysis, preparation of audit reports, reconciling financial discrepancies, and assisting senior auditors in various assignments. This role requires coordination with clients and team members, and providing support in financial documentation and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and other regulatory requirements Knowledge of Auditing Standards, Internal Controls, and Financial Reporting Skills in Data Analysis, Financial Documentation, and Tax Compliance Proficiency with Accounting Software and MS Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Prior experience or internship in audit or finance is a plus Show more Show less
