Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities (earthwork, foundations, RCC, masonry, finishing, roads, utilities, etc.). • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks to site supervisors, contractors, and workers. • Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage. • Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution. • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. • Prepare daily progress reports, work measurements, and assist in billing/documentation. • Resolve technical/site issues promptly and provide engineering solutions. • Maintain records of manpower, machinery, and site resources.
