Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Jaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting Gupta Bangles' extensive range of brass and lac bangles. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, presenting product catalogs, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The associate will also be involved in market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales skills, including client relationship management and negotiation Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of brass and lac bangles, along with current fashion trends Market research skills to identify sales opportunities Proficiency in using sales software and tools Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus need speacially for exporting..
