We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has worked in contributing to development of Smart Manufacturing Systems with minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in this field and Experience in the Manufacturing Unit and Automotive sector is preferred. Role & responsibilities : 1. Requirement Gathering: Identify and document the needs and objectives of a project or business initiative by collaborating with stakeholders, such as clients, users, and management. 2. Data Analysis: Analyze data, both quantitative and qualitative, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and support business objectives. 3. Process Analysis: Examine and assess existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction. 4 . Solution Design: Work on creating and designing solutions, which may involve recommending changes to processes, systems, or software to address business needs. 5. Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, wireframes and process models, to communicate project requirements and solutions to various stakeholders. 6. Communication: Effective communication is a crucial aspect of the role. Facilitate communication between different teams, ensuring that everyone understands project goals and requirements. 7. Project Management: In some cases, business analysts may take on project management responsibilities, helping to plan, monitor, and manage project timelines and resources. 8 . Quality Assurance: They may be involved in testing and quality assurance to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and function correctly. 9. Change Management: Business analysts often assist in change management efforts, helping organizations transition smoothly to new processes or systems. 11. We are seeking an experienced and innovative PLC Programmer with strong expertise in Mitsubishi and Siemens PLCs , combined with hands-on experience in IoT integration . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning automation systems across industrial environments. This role also involves integrating field devices with IoT platforms to enable real-time monitoring, remote access, and smart factory capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs using Mitsubishi GX Works / GX Developer , Siemens TIA Portal , and Step 7 . Integrate field sensors, actuators, and devices with IoT platforms such as MQTT , Node-RED , AWS IoT , or Azure IoT . Develop and configure HMI/SCADA systems using tools such as WinCC , GT Designer , Ignition , or FactoryTalk . Troubleshoot and debug PLC and HMI software during system commissioning and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate closely with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure system interoperability. Prepare detailed system documentation, including wiring diagrams , logic flowcharts , and operation manuals . Implement remote monitoring , data logging , and edge computing solutions using cloud or edge platforms. Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives , including predictive maintenance , data analytics , and smart manufacturing solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Mitsubishi GX Developer / GX Works and Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal programming environments. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus , PROFIBUS , PROFINET , and Ethernet/IP . Working knowledge of IoT communication protocols such as MQTT , HTTP , and CoAP . Experience in designing and deploying HMI/SCADA systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure , and edge devices like Raspberry Pi , Siemens IOT2040 , etc. Ability to integrate PLCs with databases or RESTful APIs for remote data access. Excellent analytical , problem-solving , and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics , PLC ladder logic , and technical documentation . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in deploying industrial automation systems in manufacturing or process industries . Exposure to cybersecurity practices in industrial automation and IoT environments. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for IoT application development is a plus.
