Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in chemical sales or related field (fertilizer industry preferred). Strong understanding of chemical marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
