Job Description As our Social Media Intern, youll support us in creating mental health related posts and growing an engaged, kind audience. This is a hands-on role where youll learn how to bring a wellness brand to life online. Responsibilities Help plan the feed Assist in mapping out 30 days of Reels, carousels, and Stories that reflect our brand tone. Create & schedule content Use Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) to create content. Write simple, clear captions and help schedule posts. Engage with our community Spend 3060 minutes daily replying to DMs, engaging in comments, and building genuine connections. Spot trends Share relevant audio, hashtags, and ideas that fit our values and voice. Support performance tracking Help log reach, saves, and other insights into a simple tracker. Collaborate with the team Contribute your ideas and help collect user content we can share. You&aposll enjoy this role if you: Enjoy creating short-form content and designing with Canva or Figma. Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar). Can write warm, friendly captions in English (Hinglish in Stories is welcome!). Understand Instagram analytics and hashtag use. Are mindful of mental healthfriendly language. Love experimenting, learning, and improving as you go. Are proactive: pitch ideas, A/B-test, iterate fast in a start-upsetting.
