Guidewire Integration Staff

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a technical leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Mentor the project team in executing identified projects, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators, providing updates on project progress and challenges. Interface with customer representatives as needed, offering support and guidance. Willing to travel to customer locations when required. ### Job Requirements BE/BTech/MCA degree with sound industry experience in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Strong proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic is required, along with real-time knowledge of enterprise system integration. Excellent business communication skills and leadership abilities are essential. Experience in Guidewire Integration and the Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty, is preferred. Prior client-facing experience and a strong understanding of software development best practices are necessary.
