Guidewire Integration-Senior

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in Guidewire implementation projects, with a strong background in the insurance sector. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a technical leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team to meet client expectations. Mentor project teams in executing identified projects and provide guidance on best practices. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators to track progress. Interface with customer representatives as needed to resolve issues and address concerns. Willing to travel to customer locations when necessary. ### Job Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Commercial Lines of Business (such as Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, Business Owners). Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System, Tomcat, Websphere/Weblogic. Strong understanding of software development best practices and excellent business communication skills. Excellent leadership skills and prior client-facing experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 years.
