Guidewire Config Staff

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with 1.5 to 3 years of industry experience to join our team in Bengaluru, responsible for working on various Guidewire engagements for our customers across the globe. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to technical streams of Guidewire engagements as a team member. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless project execution. Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the lead. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Design, develop, and test software applications using Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.### Job Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and Integration. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Strong understanding of Java, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Excellent business communication skills and prior client-facing experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. BE/BTech/MCA degree with a sound industry experience of 1.5 to 3 years.
