Guidewire Claims Developer

Responsibilities:-

  • 3+ years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Hands-on experience integrating ClaimCenter with third-party vendor systems Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and integration concepts.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL Willingness to work in an offshore-onshore delivery model and collaborate with global teams
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of our ClaimCenter application.
  • The role involves hands-on development, configuration, and integration support for ClaimCenter, with exposure to downstream systems, vendor integrations, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guidewire Development Support Assist in configuring and customizing Guidewire ClaimCenter using Gosu, PCF, and rules.
  • Develop and enhance UI components, validation rules, and business logic under senior developer guidance. Support bug fixing, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
  • Integration Assistance Support integrations between ClaimCenter and external systems such as Mitchell, CCC, OneInc, and other vendor platforms.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining SOAP/REST services, messaging, and batch jobs.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of integration and data flow issues. Data Validation & Support Assist in analyzing data issues and working with senior developers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support data extracts and outbound feeds for reporting and analytics. Quality & Collaboration Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and senior developers to understand requirements.
  • Fix defects identified during testing and participate in defect triage calls. Follow coding standards, documentation guidelines, and version control practices.
  • Learning & Growth Actively learn Guidewire ClaimCenter architecture, insurance domain concepts, and best practices.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, code reviews, and technical training.
