Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in Guidewire implementation projects, with a strong background in the insurance sector. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a technical leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team to meet client expectations. Mentor project team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators to track progress. Interface with customer representatives when needed to resolve issues or provide support. Willing to travel to customer locations on a need basis. ### Job Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred. Strong understanding of Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior client-facing experience is desirable. Understanding and experience of software development best practices. Experience working on Commercial Lines of Business such as Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, Business Owners, etc. Experience with ISO Standard Based Templates (SBT) for Commercial Lines. Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from an insurance domain background.
