Role: Stibo MDM Consultant CTC: 1.2 Lakhs INR per month Location: Work from Home (Remote) Experience: 5+ Years Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Stibo STEP solutions for a variety of domains, including Product Information Management (PIM), Customer MDM, and Vendor MDM. This is a remote position that requires a self-starter with excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. The consultant will be responsible for leading and contributing to all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Design and Implementation: • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Stibo STEP MDM solutions to meet complex business requirements. • Configure data models, workflows, and hierarchies within the Stibo STEP platform. • Design and implement integration solutions using Stibo's APIs, STEPXML, and other middleware or ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend). • Develop and configure business rules, web UI, and portal components. • Data Governance and Quality: • Define and implement data governance policies and best practices within the Stibo MDM framework. • Monitor and improve data quality by enforcing validation rules, workflows, and data cleansing processes. • Conduct data profiling, analysis, and migration activities. • Collaboration and Client Management: • Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and cross-functional IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide expert guidance and consulting on MDM best practices and Stibo STEP capabilities. • Provide training and support to end-users on the Stibo platform. • Technical Expertise: • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Stibo STEP. • Manage and support Stibo version upgrades and patch deployments. • Analyze and optimize system performance. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features in the MDM and Stibo ecosystem. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM, with a strong focus on implementation and development. • Expert knowledge of Stibo STEP configuration, including: • STEP Data Modeling • Workflow and Business Rule Development • STEP Portal and Web UI Configuration • Integration Endpoints (Inbound/Outbound) • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, particularly JavaScript and Java. • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data integration principles. • Experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage project timelines effectively. Preferred Qualifications: • Stibo STEP certification. • Experience in the Retail or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. • Familiarity with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions. • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
