Job Summary: The accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial accounting, with a strong focus on manufacturing accounts, Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, and accurate finalisation of accounts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manufacturing Accounting 2. Inventory Accounting 3. Payroll Management 4. Cash flow management 5. GST Compliance and Management: 6. TDS & Income Tax 7. ROC matters 8. ESI, PF matters 9. License payments & renewals 10. Account finalisation & reporting 11. The COO will be responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, ensuring optimal production output, quality assurance, cost management, safety compliance, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or metallurgical engineering with substantial leadership experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and procurement. Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role . Proven experience managing a plant that produces railway components, heavy-duty springs, or similar engineered products. Deep understanding of spring manufacturing processes , heat treatment, quality control, and fatigue life testing. Familiarity with railway industry standards and regulatory environments (e.g., RDSO specifications, IRIS certification).
