Position: Guest Relations Executive/Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Trichirapalli

Salary - Starts from 12k

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient counseling to ensure understanding of treatments, medications, and next steps.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with patients and guests.
• Assist patient relatives throughout the admission to discharge process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collect client feedback during the discharge process to help improve services.
• Work closely with the hospital staff to address patient concerns promptly.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in local language (spoken and written) is essential..
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills to handle admission and discharge documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate and prior experience in patient counseling, healthcare, or hospitality roles is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
